How to close a client account by a practitioner?

This interface allows you to close one of your client accounts.


The procedure for closing a client account is the same for “administrator” and “standard” accounts


Une entreprise facturée ne peux pas avoir uniquement des comptes “client standard”. En effet, un compte “client administrateur” est obligatoire pour pouvoir bénéficier des comptes “client standard”. Dans le cas contraire, les accès au portail risquent d’être coupés.
A billed company cannot only have “standard” accounts. A “administrator” account is required. Otherwise, access to the Fulll portal will be cut off.

Close a client account

To close a client account, you must:

  1. Go to your “Administration” 
  2. Select the “Users” menu
  3. Search and select the customer account to close
  4. Then click on “Delete this user account” located in the quick actions
  5. Validate by clicking on “Confirm


This action will not delete any data. Indeed, if the account is reopened, the customer will find all his data (documents in Documents, messages, tasks…). The login details for the portal (email and password) will also remain unchanged.


Restore a client account

To restore the previously “closed” account, select the “Deleted Users” filter in the “Users” menu, select the relevant account, then click on “Restore this user account” and confirm by clicking “Confirm”.


This action is only available by a practitioner with the validation rights.
