Modify an existing customer card

  1. From the “Customer” menu, select an existing customer card
  2. Click on the “Identity” widget
  3. Fill in the informations to be modified
  4. Confirm the changes by clicking on “Save



It is possible to archive a customer so that it is no longer proposed when editing documents. At any time it will also be possible to unarchive it.


Composition of a customer card

The customer card consists of several widgets:

  • Identity: Complete identity card of the customer.
  • Documents: Complete history of commercial documents created for this customer. 
  • Payment: The customer's payment preferences, as well as banking information related to SEPA direct debits (IBAN, BIC and direct debit mandate). Also allows you to retrieve the payments recorded for this customer.
  • Reminders: Allows you to view the reminders made to the customer.
  • Customer : Allows you to monitor the activity of the customer. The main indicators of the summary are found here, but only for this customer.
