Within the portal, you have the possibility of filtering the files on which you intervene thanks to the favorites. Once favorited, it will be possible to manage the administration of the folder, to find it in the other applications of the portal, to have access to the messages, tasks and activity log of the folder and also the possibility of putting the folder in VIP.
Folders can be favorited individually or in bulk from an agency or another employee of your agency (in case of replacement of an employee, or the arrival of a new employee in the agency)
Adding a folder to your favourites
- Go to the "Administration"
part of the portal and then to the "Companies"
section
- Uncheck the "Favourites"
option in the top right-hand corner to display all your folders, including those that are not yet in favourites.
- Select the desired folder
- Then click on "Add to your favourites" and confirm the action, or click on
By default, you will be "visible" on the folder. This means that client accounts will be able to see you in the list of practitioner of the folder, and will be able to send you a message via the Fulll messenger.
If you don't wish to be visible, check the "Do not show my presence in the user list" option before confirming the favouriting.
Adding an agency's or a practitioner's folders to your favourites
- Go to the "Administration" part of the portal and then to the "Companies" section.
- Click on the "Manage Favourites" button at the top right, then select the favourites to be added under "Add to your favourites": "Office's favourites" or "Practitioner's favourites".
- Select the desired agency or practitioner. The number of folders to be added as favourites will then appear.
- Then click on "Confirm" to validate the favouriting.
By default, you will be "visible" on the folders that have been added as favourites. This means that client accounts will be able to see you in the list of practitioner of the folder, and will be able to send you a message via the Fulll messenger.
If you do not want to be visible, check the option "Do not show my presence in the list of users" before confirming the favouriting.
Remove a folder from your favourites
- Go to the "Administration" part of the portal and then to the "Companies" section
- Select the company to be removed
- Click on "Remove from my favourites" located in the quick actions.
- Click on "Confirm" to confirm the removal.
Removing an agency's or practitioner's folders from your favourites
- Go to the "Administration" part of the portal, then to the "Companies" section.
- Click on the "Manage Favourites" button in the top right-hand corner, then select the favourites to be removed under "Remove from favourites": "Office's favourites" or "Practitioner's favourites".
- Select the desired agency or practitioner. The number of folders to be removed from your favourites will appear.
- Click on "Confirm" to confirm the removal
