This action enable the possibility to set a folder as "Confidential" to limit the data accesses to our Datahub tools
By this way, the folders can be defined as opposed to the aggregation processing of their data for statistical purposes.
The folders don't defined as Confidential may be the subject of collect and storage for their data

| The confidentiality notion doesn't affect the folder uses in our solution. Its only goal is to limit the client data uses for statistic. No comparison will be possible in Dashboard with the sector-specific data if enabled. |
How to define a folder as Confidential ?
- From your portfolio, select the folder to configure in the “MANAGE ACCOUNTING FIRM / Companies”
- Add the folder to your favorites, if it's not the case
- Then click on Make this company Confidential
How to remove the folder confidentiality ?
- From your portfolio, select the folder to configure in the “MANAGE ACCOUNTING FIRM / Companies”
- Add the folder to your favorites, if it's not the case
- Then click on Remove the confidentiality to this company
