Documents can be downloaded or sent to a third party by email.

Download documents

• Click on the space (“My documents”, “Companies”, or “Users”)
• Select the folder
• Select the documents
• Click on the “ Download” button

Sending documents by email

Documents can be emailed directly from the application

The recipient will receive an email with a link to download the transmitted documents.

• Click on the desired space (“My documents”, “Companies”, or “Users”)
• Select the folder
• Select the documents
• Click on the “ Send by email” button
• Inform:
  • the recipient’s email address
  • the subject of the mail
  • the message to be transmitted
• Click on “Send”

Multiple selection

To send several documents at the same time:

• Click on the desired space (“My documents”, “Companies”, or “Users”)
• Select the folder
• Select the documents by holding down the CTRL key or with the keyboard shortcut CTRL+A (or CMD and CMD+A on MacOs)
• Click on the “ ” button
• Inform:
  • the recipient’s email address
  • the subject of the mail
  • the message to be transmitted
• Click on “Send”

Sending the content of a folder by e-mail

To send all the files in a folder by e-mail:

• Click on the folder to send
• Click on the “ Send by email” button
• Inform:
  • the recipient’s email address
  • the subject of the mail
  • the message to be transmitted
• Click on “Send”
