How to change my password?

  1. From the portal, click on the button at the top right, then on My account to access your customer account.
  2. Click on the Information menu or directly on Renew the password located in Quick actions
  3. Complete the form :
    • Actual password
    • New Password
    • Confirmation of the new password
  4. Confirm your choice by clicking on Save.


The new password must contain at least 10 characters, at least 1 capital, at least 1 lowercase, at least 1 digit, 1 special character.

If one of the conditions is not met, you will not be able to save your new password.
