Fulll portal is a collaborative workspace with your accountant which helps you to manage your company.
Through the portal, you will be able to:
- Launch applications
- Send and reply to messages, schedule tasks and/or respond to tasks requested by the firm
- Manage your company files and employee access
- Upload files to Documents
- Stay informed of the latest news
What are the main items?
- A "My apps" bar that allows you to create a shortcut to your favourite applications. Click on the button "+" and select the applications of your choice
- “My Account” area allows you to manage your profile and preferences or to log out of the portal
- The launcher allows you to access to your applications
- All widgets are present on your portal. This is the central part of your portal, you will be able to customize the selection of widgets and choose the ones that suit you
- A navigation menu allows you to access Messages, Tasks and the store
- An activity feed, in which you will be able to monitor the actions made on your company
- A configuration mode allowing you to customize the widgets of your portal. To do this, simply click on the “ Personalize your portal” button
- A “+” button allowing you to add new widgets to your portal. All you have to do is select the widget of your choice, and click on “Add”.
The widget list
- Documents via e-mail and My invoices : allows you to send your invoices to your accounting firm (see more information on "How to send my documents through the portal?")
- Messages: allows you to send messages easily and safe
- Tasks: allows you to plan your tasks and appointments, and to follow up on them
- Documents: allows you to quickly send a document in Documents application
- Emulators: allows you to perform your simulations with ease
