What reports are available?

Feature reserved for employees of the accounting firm 


Reports are dashboards that allow to follow all the tasks of a company and a user.


The “company” reports


To be able to access company reports, click on the tab

  • Select the “COMPANIES PLANNING” or “COMPANIES ACTIVITY” tab
  • Select the companies to consult :
    • Click on
    • Choose the desired companies
    • Select companies


The data is updated automatically.


In the “COMPANIES PLANNING” tab is displayed the number of tasks for each month per company with the distribution between client and practitioner users. It is possible to select the desired period in the "Period" filter.


A customer file can be deleted using the trash can on the right


In the “COMPANIES ACTIVITY” tab, the number of tasks per customer and per client is displayed for each company with the possibility of viewing the status of the latter, namely “Late” or “To do”. This allows you to have a follow-up on the completion of the tasks and to know if the delivery has been made on time.


It is possible to filter by date (start date and end date), the data is updated automatically once the dates are chosen.


There is also an overview of the tasks that remain to be finalized for the current month, and those for the next month.


In the “COMPANIES ACTIVITY” tab, it is possible to tick several companies in order to obtain a subtotal of the selected companies



The “Users” reports

  • Select the “USERS PLANNING” or “USERS ACTIVITY” tab
  • Select the users consult :
    • Click on
    • Choose the desired user accounts
    • Select user accounts


The data is updated automatically.


In the “USERS PLANNING” tab, the number of tasks for each user is displayed, classified by month and for the current year. It is possible to select the desired period in the "Period" filter.


A user can be deleted using the trash can on the right.


In the “USERS ACTIVITY” tab, the number of tasks is displayed for each user with the possibility of viewing the status of these tasks, namely “Late” or “To do”. This allows you to have a follow-up on the completion of the tasks and to know if they have been carried out on time.

There is also an overview of the tasks that remain to be finalized for the current month, and those for the next month.

The “Engagements” reports

  • Select the tab “ENGAGEMENTS” tab
  • Select the period


The data is updated automatically.


The “ENGAGEMENTS” tab is displayed the number of tasks for a client and a practitioner for an engagement model with the possibility of viewing the percentage of progress and tasks completed late.
