In order to be available cost accounting in Image, it must be activated and configured in the accounting software.

In this case, you will then have the option, when entering a financial document, to choose the type of analysis and the analytical section.

Selection of cost accounting

To fill in an analysis and an analytical section, you must, when entering a document:

1. Select an account in the “Account” column and enter the amount to be debit or credit
2. Click in the column “Section An.”
3. Select the corresponding analysis
4. Indicate the desired section. You have the possibility to distribute the total amount over several sections, and also over several analysis axes (click on the button  to indicate a new analysis axis)
5. Click on “Save” to save the cost accounting settings. The analytical field then shows the number of axes configured.
