From Dashboard, when the file contains analytical dimensions, it is possible to filter the results by analytical sections but also to compare them on the same graph.

Analytic dimensions

Dashboard allows you to filter all the results coming from the accounting by analytic dimensions, provided by the accounting of the company.

Analytics is a specific accounting classification by company, in order to easily analyze profitability by activity or by cost center.

Analytics can be broken down into three levels: analysis, axes and sections.

Filter by analytic dimensions

It is possible to filter within the same analysis, by associating different sections of several axes.

To filter by analytical dimensions

  • click on "Filter" on the toolbar on the right. Not all files necessarily have analytics in their accounting data. In this case, the filter does not appear in the toolbar.

  • Then select the analysis
  • Click on a section to choose axes
  • select one or more axes in your section, you can also search for an axis
  • then "Apply" the filter

Your Dashboard will display a result filtered according to the selected axes (highlighted in the banner at the top of the screen) on results coming from accounting. The graphics affected by the filter are circled in green.

The analytical dimensions are provided by the accounting and have no link neither with the formatting of the Dashboard, nor with the model applied or the chart of accounts applied.

PDF and XLS exports will take your analytics into account.
